DESCRIPTION
Location 27: ATX Auctions - 305 S Milam Street Suite A, Amarillo, Texas 76106
Unless otherwise specified, our online and live auctions will be held in the above location.
Preview: (NO APPOINTMENT NECESSARY)
Our preview times (listed below) are for each auction. Previews are held for each auction on the day prior to the auction's start date. For example: If an auction starts on Friday May 12, the preview will be on Thursday May 11. Previews may also be granted by appointment by calling 806-478-1466
(Hours of Operation: 10:00A.M.- 3:00P.M.)
Removal: (NO APPOINTMENT NECESSARY), (TWO DAYS ONLY - NO EXCEPTIONS)
Our removal times (listed below) are for each auction. Removals are allowed to be made on the (2) days following each auction. For example: If an auction closes on Friday May 12, the removal days for that auction are Saturday May 13 and Sunday May 14.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
**There will be a 16% Buyer's Premium Added to All Buyer's Totals for Each Item Purchased.**
We offer a 3% discount to all invoices paid in cash during our normal pick up hours only. Any inventory held after stated pick up times do not qualify for this discount.
All Bidders are required to be ID verified to bid by registering with a valid credit or debit card.
You must be at least 18 years old or older to bid in any of our auctions. There are no exceptions to this. If you are under the age of 18 and place a bid in one of our auctions you are violating state law and may be held accountable for this.
*PAYMENT TERMS: PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 4:00P.M., ON THE LAST DAY OF OUR SCEDULED PICK UP.* ALL PAYMENTS ARE TO BE PROCESSED THROUGH: ATX AUCTIONS (PAYMENTS CAN BE MADE UPON PICK UP WITH A CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD). INVOICES NOT PAID FOR BY 4:00PM ON THE LAST DAY OF PICKUP WILL BE CHARGED TO CREDIT CARD USED TO REGISTER TO BID.
Payment Types: Cash, Visa/Mastercard/Discover/American Express, Wire Transfer.
All buyers must have a paid receipt from ATX Auctions at time of pickup. Buyers making payment at the time of pick up will be issued a receipt at that time.
ATX Auctions is not responsible for preview or removal.
NOTE FOR REMOVAL: IF ITEMS ARE NOT REMOVED BY THE DEADLINE AND THERE IS A DISCREPANCY NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED, AND IF ITEMS ARE NOT REMOVED BY THE DEADLINE, BIDDER'S ACCOUNT WILL BE SUSPENDED UNTIL REMOVAL IS COMPLETED.
ITEMS NOT PICKED UP BY THE END OF THE FOLLOWING WEEK OF THE AUCTION WILL BE CHARGED A $25 STORAGE FEE. PLEASE PICK UP YOUR ITEMS DURING SCHEDULED PICK UP TIMES.
All merchandise is sold “As Is” and “Where Is” without warranties or guarantees of any kind.
Buyers shall rely entirely upon their own inspection and information.
*There will be no trading or sales between buyers on the ATX Auctions premises*
*Winning bidders are solely responsible for their own removal – ATX Auctions is not responsible for damages upon employee assistance concerning removal. Bidders must unload and pick up their complete purchases and bring their own plastic wrap and other equipment as needed.*
**Any Buyer Discrepancies must be reported at the Seller's Physical Location at time of removal - No Exceptions**

All merchandise not removed by deadline date will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of or resold by ATX Auctions.
IMPORTANT:
By placing a bid through this website, you are entering into a legally binding contract and agree to follow through with the purchase of the item should you win the item. Bidder expressly agrees not to stop payment, dispute or contest this transaction.
ATX Auctions and its consignors reserve the right to remove any and all items from a sale at any time.
Bidder agrees to hold ATX Auctions harmless for the failure to execute a bid for any reason on behalf of any participants.
