All descriptions and information are offered only as a guidline. All merchandise is sold As-Is and Where Is without warranties or guarantees of any kind. ATX Auctions Dripping Springs does not represent any manufacturer or retailer. We encourage all bidders to take advantage of our preview day or we will be glad to do an inspection of the item that you have interest bidding on, however, that inspection is only our opinion and does not imply a warranty or change the fact that all items are being sold in as is condition.
All Bidders are required to be ID verified to bid by registering with a valid credit or debit card.
All bidders are responsible to know what item they are bidding on.
The winning bidder of any item ENTERS INTO A BINDING CONTRACT, and is expected to pay for all "won" items, even if the bidding was done in error. You must be at least 18 years old or older to bid in any of our auctions. There are no exceptions to this. If you are under the age of 18 and place a bid in one of our auctions you are violating state law and may be held accountable for this.

*PAYMENT TERMS: AT THE CLOSE OF OUR AUCTION YOUR REGISTERED CREDIT CARD WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED TO PAY YOUR INVOICE. IF YOUR CREDIT CARD DENIES OR REJECTS PAYMENT YOU MUST CONTACT US TO MAKE PAYMENT. IF YOU PREFER TO USE AN ALTERNATE CREDIT CARD FOR PAYMENT YOU MUST CONTACT US BEFORE THE AUCTION CLOSES. ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 4:00 PM ON THE LAST DAY OF OUR SCEDULED PICK UP.* ALL CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS ARE THROUGH ATX AUCTIONS MERCHANT SERVICES, CURRENCY PAY, CASH PAYMENTS CAN BE MADE UPON PICK UP. AFTER THE AUCTION CLOSES YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL FROM CURRENCY PAY AND AUCTION FLEX WITH A LINK TO DOWNLOAD A COPY OF YOUR PAID RECEIPT. IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE AN EMAIL AFTER AUCTION CLOSES PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER AND CONTACT US AND WE WILL RESEND YOUR RECEIPT
IF YOU ARE A TAX EXEMPT BUYER PLEASE NOTIFY US BEFORE THE AUCTION CLOSES, PROVIDE US A COPY OF YOUR TAX EXCEMPT CERTIFICATE, WE WILL THAN REMOVE THE SALES TAX, ADD YOUR TAX CERTIFICATE NUMBER TO OUR DATABASE AND RESEND THE ADJUSTED INVOICE FOR PAYMENT.
All buyers must have a paid receipt from ATX Auctions at time of pickup. We encourage you to save time at pickup, follow the link sent to your registered email account with your invoice, (check your junk or spam folder) print your paid receipt and bring it with you or Buyers making payment at the time of pick up will be issued a receipt at that time.
ATX Auctions is not responsible for preview or removal.
SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE FOR SOME ITEMS. WE CHARGE AN ADDITIONAL $15.00 PER INVOICE TO PREPARE AND SHIP YOUR ITEMS. PLEASE CONTACT US, 512-923-1899, IMMEDIATLY FOLLOWING THE AUCTION CLOSING IF YOU WISH TO HAVE ITEMS SHIPPED. SOME ITEMS WILL REQUIRE 3RD PARTY FREIGHT COSTS PAID AND SCHEDULED FOR PICKUP BY THE BUYER. ALL SHIPPED ITEMS WILL BE 100% INSURED SO IF ANY DAMAGE OR LOSS OCCUR DURING SHIPPING THE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE TO FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CARRIER. (shipping insurance costs paid by buyer) It may take up to 3 weeks before items are shipped from our warehouse.
NOTE FOR REMOVAL: IF ITEMS ARE NOT REMOVED BY THE DEADLINE AND THERE IS A DISCREPANCY NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AND IF ITEMS ARE NOT REMOVED BY THE DEADLINE, BIDDER'S ACCOUNT WILL BE SUSPENDED UNTIL REMOVAL IS COMPLETED.
*There will be no trading or sales between buyers on the ATX Auctions premises*
*Winning bidders are solely responsible for their own removal – ATX Auctions is not responsible for damages upon employee assistance concerning removal. Bidders must unload and pick up their complete purchases and bring their own plastic wrap and other equipment as needed.*
**Any Buyer Discrepancies must be reported at the Seller's Physical Location at time of removal - No Exceptions**

All merchandise not removed by deadline date will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of or resold by ATX Auctions.
IMPORTANT:
By placing a bid through this website, you are entering into a legally binding contract and agree to follow through with the purchase of the item should you win the item. Bidder expressly agrees not to stop payment, dispute or contest this transaction.
ATX Auctions and its consignors reserve the right to remove any and all items from a sale at any time.
Bidder agrees to hold ATX Auctions harmless for the failure to execute a bid for any reason on behalf of any participants.
