Auction Terms & Conditions Auction Terms & Conditions Please read these terms and conditions carefully before registering and bidding on auctions hosted by ATX Auctions Corpus Christi, Texas.
UPDATED PAYMENT NOTICE: Due to the number of lots and bidders we will be charging all cards on file at the conclusion of the auction. Please register with the card that you wish to have charged. If you wish to use a card that is not on file please notify us before the conclusion of the auction.
There will be a 16% Buyer's Premium added to all buyer's totals for each item purchased.
All Bidders are required to be ID verified to bid by registering with a valid credit or debit card.
You must be at least 18 years old or older to bid in any of our auctions.
PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 4:00 P.M., ON THE LAST SCHEDULED PICKUP DAY OF THE AUCTION UNLESS OTHER ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE.
Payment Types: Visa/Mastercard/Discover/American Express.
ATX Auctions is not responsible for preview or removal.
NOTE FOR REMOVAL: IF ITEMS ARE NOT REMOVED BY THE DEADLINE AND THERE IS A DISCREPANCY NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.
All merchandise is sold As-Is and Where Is without warranties or guarantees of any kind.
Buyers shall rely entirely upon their own inspection and information.
Winning bidders are solely responsible for their own removal ATX Auctions is not responsible for damages upon employee assistance concerning removal. Bidders must unload and pick up their complete purchases and bring their own plastic wrap and other equipment as needed.
Any Buyer Discrepancies must be reported at the Seller's Physical Location at time of removal - No Exceptions
All merchandise not removed by the deadline date will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of or resold by ATX Auctions Corpus Christi , Texas and a restocking fee of 15% (of the winning bid) will be charged.
By accepting these terms and conditions you are giving ATX Auctions Victoria, Texas consent to send emails and SMS messages to your email and/or phone number on file for the following:
Winning Bidder Notifications;
Upcoming Auction notifications;
24 hour closing notifications.
Bidder agrees to hold ATX Auctions harmless for the failure to execute a bid for any reason on behalf of any participants.
