**There will be a 16% Buyer's Premium Added to All Buyer's Totals for Each Item Purchased.**
All Bidders are required to be ID verified to bid by registering with a valid credit or debit card.
You must be at least 18 years old or older to bid in any of our auctions. There are no exceptions to this. If you are under the age of 18 and place a bid in one of our auctions you are violating state law and may be held accountable for this.
*PAYMENT TERMS: All buyers must follow the link in the email you receive from AF360 following the auction closing to pay your invoice. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive an invoice or contact us. If your invoice remains unpaid at the conclusion of final pickup day, your card on file will be charged. Please register with the card that you wish to have charged. If you wish to use a card that is not on file please notify us before the conclusion of the auction. Due to COVID escalations ATX auctions Dripping Springs is no longer accepting cash payments.
Payment Types: Visa/Mastercard/Discover/American Express, Wire Transfer.
If you are tax exempt please call us at 512-923-1899 before paying your invoice, we than will remove the sales tax, add your tax certificate number to our database and charge the credit card on file with the adjusted invoice for payment. To qualify for tax exemption we must have a copy of your tax exempt certificate.
ATX Auctions is not responsible for preview or removal.
NOTE FOR REMOVAL: IF ITEMS ARE NOT REMOVED BY THE DEADLINE AND THERE IS A DISCREPANCY NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED, AND IF ITEMS ARE NOT REMOVED BY THE DEADLINE, BIDDER'S ACCOUNT WILL BE SUSPENDED UNTIL REMOVAL IS COMPLETED.
All merchandise is sold “As Is” and “Where Is” without warranties or guarantees of any kind.
Buyers shall rely entirely upon their own inspection and information.
*There will be no trading or sales between buyers on the ATX Auctions premises*
*Winning bidders are solely responsible for their own removal – ATX Auctions is not responsible for damages upon employee assistance concerning removal. Bidders must unload and pick up their complete purchases and bring their own plastic wrap and other equipment as needed.*
**Any Buyer Discrepancies must be reported at the Seller's Physical Location at time of removal - No Exceptions**

All merchandise not removed by deadline date will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of or resold by ATX Auctions.
IMPORTANT:
By placing a bid through this website, you are entering into a legally binding contract and agree to follow through with the purchase of the item should you win the item. Bidder expressly agrees not to stop payment, dispute or contest this transaction.
ATX Auctions and its consignors reserve the right to remove any and all items from a sale at any time.
Bidder agrees to hold ATX Auctions harmless for the failure to execute a bid for any reason on behalf of any participants.
