UPDATED PAYMENT NOTICE: Due to the number of lots and bidders we will be charging all cards on file at the conclusion of the auction. Please register with the card that you wish to have charged. If you are a cash buyer please notify us before the conclusion of the auction. If you wish to use a card that is not on file please notify us before the conclusion of the auction. There will be a 15% Buyer's Premium added to all buyer's totals for each item purchased. All Bidders are required to be ID verified to bid by registering with a valid credit or debit card. You must be at least 18 years old or older to bid in any of our auctions. PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 4:00 P.M., ON THE LAST SCHEDULED PICKUP DAY OF THE AUCTION UNLESS OTHER ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE. Payment Types: Cash, Visa/Mastercard/Discover/American Express, Wire Transfer. ATX Auctions is not responsible for preview or removal. NOTE FOR REMOVAL: IF ITEMS ARE NOT REMOVED BY THE DEADLINE AND THERE IS A DISCREPANCY NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED. All merchandise is sold As-Is and Where Is without warranties or guarantees of any kind. Buyers shall rely entirely upon their own inspection and information. Winning bidders are solely responsible for their own removal ATX Auctions is not responsible for damages upon employee assistance concerning removal. You may pick up your winning items on Saturday, October 8th, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. You may also pick up your items Monday, October 9th, and Tuesday, October 10th, between the hours of 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
