Auction will include Overstock items from Amazon that includes: New in Box/ Damaged Box, Open Box / Returned and Used items (Check the item description). Items will include electronics, furniture, outdoor equipments, home decor, toys and other general merchandise.

All items are new unless otherwise stated in the description. Item packaging may show signs of warehouse and/or shipping damage or stickers from processing. Items may have been taken out of the box for inspection and the packaging resealed. Most items are in craft, non-graphic boxes so in most cases a photo of the box will not be included in the auction details. We will supply packaging photos if the packaging has severe damage. All merchandise is sold As-Is and Where Is without warranties or guarantees of any kind. ATX Auctions Fort Worth does not represent any manufacturer or retailer.

This auction will begin Saturday, August 13th at 4:00 PM MST, and lots will begin to close on Saturday, August 20th at 10:00 AM MST at the rate of 1 lot per 20 seconds.
This Auction will consist of NEW in-the-box overstock, packaging damaged, and some customer returns inventory from Amazon. Items will include mattresses, furniture, computers, lawn tools, ladders, home decor, toys, cleaning supplies, electronics, household goods, and other general merchandise. We do not have control over what inventory is sent to us. Please note that SOME customer returns have been added to the auction. If it is a customer return it will be noted in the listing. All customer returns have been tested for functionality. All customer returns have a 3-day return policy. Bid accordingly and bid with confidence.
Bidding Notice:
NO SHIPPING. We are no longer shipping items. If you are an out-of-state CUSTOMER and we have shipped to you in the past without any issues we will continue to accept your bids. If you are a new out-of-state customer, we will automatically decline your registration. This auction is for Utah, Idaho, and Wyoming bidders with the ability to pick up their items.

Welcome to our August Greater Corpus Area (Alice) auction with delivery to Pflugerville available! We have over 550 items from Amazon and the usual mix of unique items from our consignors! All lots start at $5 with no reserve! ONLINE ONLY - ONLINE ONLY - ONLINE ONLY Delivery to the Pflugerville warehouse is available on almost all items for an extra 10% added to your buyer's premium. Pallet lots are not eligible for shipping to Pflugerville. See lot details. ALL INVOICES MUST BE PAID BY 6PM ON SUNDAY AUGUST 27TH! All invoices not paid by Sunday July 24th will be billed to your card on file. You will be able to pay your invoice in person (cash or credit card) or an online payment link will be available upon request - simply reply to the invoice email you will receive after the auction and let us know if you will be picking up in Alice or in Pflugerville. Pick up in Pflugerville is scheduled for the following Thursday & Friday (Sept. 1 & 2) from 10 am to 6 pm, as well as Saturday Sept 3rd from 9 am until noon - at our location in Pflugerville - 309 North Railroad in the Mokan Storage facility. Alternate pickup times for Pflugerville can be arranged but must be coordinated in advance. Our address in Pflugerville is 309 N. Railroad. We are located in the Mokan Storage facility. If you will be requiring shipping to Pflugerville, please call us to arrange payment and shipping. Your invoice must be paid before we can ship to Pflugerville. We WILL NOT be shipping any items from this auction to any other location (beside Pflugerville) or via FedEx / UPS / Freight / etc. !!! If you cannot pick up on the Alice or Pflugerville dates please refrain from bidding in this auction. If you are not already on our text list you can join by texting "ATXALICE" to 289289. There is no cost to you to join and we never share your information with anyone else. We send text messages only twice per auction (once when it goes up and another 2 hours before it starts to close).
