This auction will begin Thursday, 6:30 PM on Jan 19th, MST, and lots will begin to close on Thursday, Feb 2nd 2023, at 6:30 pm MST at the rate of 1 lot per 20 seconds.
This Auction will consist of NEW in-the-box overstock, packaging damaged, and some customer returns inventory from Amazon. Items will include mattresses, furniture, computers, lawn tools, ladders, home decor, toys, cleaning supplies, electronics, household goods, and other general merchandise. We do not have control over what inventory is sent to us. Please note that SOME customer returns have been added to the auction. If it is a customer return it will be noted in the listing. All customer returns have been tested for functionality. All customer returns have a 3-day return policy. Bid accordingly and bid with confidence.
Bidding Notice:
We DO NOT deliver to SLC. Delivery to Payson the Thursday after the Auction closes and Richfield will be on a limited bases. Please contact us to make sure you are scheduled for delivery to your location.

All items are new unless otherwise stated in the description. Item packaging may show signs of warehouse damage or stickers from processing. Items may have been taken out of the box for inspection and the packaging resealed. Most items are in craft, nongraphic boxes so in most cases a photo of the box will not be included in the auction details. We will supply packaging photos if the packaging has severe damage.
All merchandise is sold As-Is and Is without warranties or guarantees of any kind. ATX Auctions Delta does not represent any manufacturer or retailer.

This auction is online only and will take place on Thursday, FEB 2ND. Lots will start to close at 11am the day of the auction and will close at a rate of 3 per minute until all lots are sold. This auction is located at our location in Ft Worth TX. The address is 2550 McMillan Pkwy suite 102 // Ft Worth TX 76137.
