You will be able to pay your invoice online or in person at pickup (cash or card accepted at pickup). Any invoice not paid by 6 PM on December 3rd will be billed to your registered card on file. Our Warehouse staff will bring your items to you. Loading your items is your responsibility. Appointments must be scheduled with the auctioneer if your unable to pickup during the schedule days and time. For example: If an auction closes on Wednesday, the removal days are Friday and Saturday or the buyer must schedule a pickup appointment with the auctioneer, (auctioneers discretion) for the following week. Thank you for your cooperation. We will begin charging $10.00 per day storage fee if items are not picked up 14 days after auction closing. After 30 days we will charge an additional warehouse storage fee of $45.00. There will be no refunds for the items that are relisted and Sold. All merchandise not removed by the deadline date will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of or resold by ATX Auctions. Buyer accepts responsibility for ensuring pickup in a timely manner.
