Auction Terms & Conditions Terms and conditions Please read these terms and conditions carefully before registering and bidding on auctions hosted by ATX Auctions Richfield. UPDATED PAYMENT NOTICE: Due to the number of lots and bidders we will be charging all cards on file at the conclusion of the auction. Please register with the card that you wish to have charged. If you are a cash buyer please notify us before the conclusion of the auction. If you wish to use a card that is not on file please notify us before the conclusion of the auction. There will be a 15% Buyer's Premium added to all buyer's totals for each item purchased. All Bidders are required to be ID verified to bid by registering with a valid credit or debit card. You must be at least 18 years old or older to bid in any of our auctions. PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 4:00 P.M., ON THE LAST SCHEDULED PICKUP DAY OF THE AUCTION UNLESS OTHER ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE. Anyone with an outstanding balance on the last day of pickup that has not been paid, will be charged through the card on file. This includes cash buyers. Payment Types: Cash, Visa/Mastercard/Discover/American Express, Wire Transfer. ATX Auctions is not responsible for preview or removal. NOTE FOR REMOVAL: IF ITEMS ARE NOT REMOVED BY THE DEADLINE AND THERE IS A DISCREPANCY NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED. All merchandise is sold As-Is and Where Is without warranties or guarantees of any kind. Buyers shall rely entirely upon their own inspection and information. Winning bidders are solely responsible for their own removal. ATX Auctions is not responsible for damages upon employee assistance concerning removal. Bidders must unload and pick up their complete purchases and bring their own plastic wrap and other equipment as needed. Any Buyer Discrepancies must be reported at the Seller's Physical Location at time of removal - No Exceptions All merchandise not removed by the deadline date will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of or resold by ATX Auctions Richfield. Bidder User Terms

You may pick up your winning items on the day after closing. Auctions start closing every other Thursday at 6:30PM. PICKUP TIMES are Friday from 10 AM to 5PM, and Monday and Tuesday from 11:30AM to 6:00 PM. If you can not make it during these times, please give me a call or text me at 435-201-9696 to arrange a pickup time that will work for us both. Pick up location is 1000 N 1540 E Richfield, UT.
