UPDATED PAYMENT NOTICE: Due to the number of lots and bidders we will be charging all cards on file at the conclusion of the auction. Please register with the card that you wish to have charged. If you wish to use a card that is not on file please notify us before the conclusion of the auction. There will be a 16% Buyer's Premium added to all buyer's totals for each item purchased. All Bidders are required to be ID verified to bid by registering with a valid credit or debit card. You must be at least 18 years old or older to bid in any of our auctions. PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 4:00 P.M., ON THE LAST SCHEDULED PICKUP DAY OF THE AUCTION UNLESS OTHER ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE. Payment Types: cash/Visa/Mastercard/Discover/American Express. ATX Auctions is not responsible for preview or removal. NOTE FOR REMOVAL: IF ITEMS ARE NOT REMOVED BY THE DEADLINE AND THERE IS A DISCREPANCY NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED. All merchandise is sold As-Is and Where Is without warranties or guarantees of any kind. Buyers shall rely entirely upon their own inspection and information. Winning bidders are solely responsible for their own removal ATX Auctions is not responsible for damages upon employee assistance concerning removal. Bidders must unload and pick up their complete purchases and bring their own plastic wrap and other equipment as needed. Pick up address: 262 McBride Lane, Corpus Christi, TX 78408 Pick up dates will be, Friday (10am-4pm), Saturday (10am-2 pm) and Monday (10am-4pm) following the day of the Auction. **WE ARE NOW SHIPPING** If you require shipping we will follow this process: If you live in Texas and require shipping please let us know at the end of the Auction. At the conclusion of the auction, you will be auto-billed for your winning lots, including the BP and any tax due. The following Monday we will begin to ship all out-of-state items unless other arrangements have been made. We will then charge your card on file for the shipping charges. If you would like to arrange your own shipping please let us know at the conclusion of the auction. We use USPS, FedEx, and UPS. We will use the cheapest shipping method possible.
