This Auction will consist of NEW in-the-box overstock, packaging damaged, and some customer returns inventory from Amazon. Items will include mattresses, furniture, lawn tools, ladders, home decor, toys, cleaning supplies, electronics, household goods, and other general merchandise. The remainder of this auction description is longer that usual, but ***PLEASE READ** because it contains important information regarding updates to our process and formats: We here at ATX Auctions Dallas are always striving to do better, and have decided to update the way we do some things in order to provide a better auction experience for our clients. Many changes are internal such as increased inspections and testing, and standardized processes. There are a couple changes which involve our clients that we would like to highlight; ***Updated Terms and Conditions – We have updated our terms and conditions to provide more insight, clarity and detail on how our operation is run. We ask that you read and understand this section, as it outlines in specific detail the information you need to know, including the rest of the notes that follow. ***Standardized condition descriptions – In the past we have worked hard to provide detailed descriptions of each item we list. There has been some inconsistency though because each individual may have their own perspective on how to put those descriptions into words. Beginning with this auction, each lot will have its description posted as THE SECOND IMAGE FOR THAT LOT. The image will state the general condition with additional information explaining what it means. Any additional notes will be included in the detail portion for the item (e.g. missing part xyz, slight scuff on side, etc.). As always, feel free to contact us if you have further questions about an item. ***Updated Pickup Window- We have seen an increased need for alternative pickup days/times. In order to better serve all winning bidders, auction pickups will generally use the following schedule (Be sure to check the “Shipping/Pick-Up” section of each auction for specifics): -Auction Day (Friday) – Pickup available from the time you receive your settlement email until 6pm -Day after Auction (Saturday) – Primary pickup day from 10am-6pm This is the day we have all hands on deck available for pulling orders. Pickups are encouraged this day, but not mandatory. ***Please be aware we are only open for pickup on Saturdays that immediately follow an auction*** -Sunday/Monday – Always CLOSED -Up to one week from auction day (Tuesday-Friday) – We will be staffed for pickups these days from 10am-5pm. Anything not pickup up after one week following auction day will be considered abandoned and no refunds will be issued unless other arrangements have been made. You may request an exception to this by emailing csdallas@atxauctions.com or calling us at 214-601-8121. ***Discrepancy Reconciliation – We have always stood behind our work and accepted responsibility in the event an error is made by finding a solution that is considered fair by all parties. With that said, there is the need to highlight the fact that the timeframe to address an issue is not infinite. Please be sure to read our Terms and Conditions section. We have updated it to provide more detail and clarity for all bidders. We provide a 3 day guarantee against misrepresentation or unidentified manufacturer defects. Auction Terms & Conditions By registering for this auction you accept and agree to these terms and conditions. If this is your first time bidding in our auction, or you’re bidding every auction, here is some important information every auction addict should know when bidding in our auction. Payments: Immediately after the closing of each auction we will process your payment method on file for any lots you have won. This will include a 16% buyer’s premium and state sales tax. You will receive a confirmation email with a copy of your paid invoice. If you are a cash buyer you will receive an invoice with a balance due. Your invoice will come from: csdallas@atxauctions.com or from hibid@auctionflex.com If you do not receive an invoice, please check your junk/spam folder. All Bidders are required to be ID verified to bid by registering with a valid credit or debit card. You must be at least 18 years old or older to bid in any of our auctions. HiBid gives you the option to store multiple cards in your profile. When registering for each auction you can select the card you would like charged when registering for the auction. Cash Buyers: If you prefer to pay cash, please notify us in advance so we do not attempt to charge your card. You can email us at csdallas@atxauctions.com or use the contact auctioneer function in any lot. If you elect to pay cash and do not make the payment or pick up your item within the allotted pick-up times, your card on file will be charged on the last day of the scheduled pickups. Any misuse of the cash buyer payment option will result in the inability to be a cash buyer. For any cards that fail to process we will send an invoice that can be paid online or in person. Your invoice will come from: csdallas@atxauctions.com or hibid@auctionflex.com. If you do not receive an invoice, please check your junk/spam folder. Pickups and Shipping: Items cannot be paid for or picked up until the auction is complete in its entirety. Once the auction has completed, and the settlements have been created you will receive an emailed copy of your settlement. You will receive this email typically one hour after the auction has concluded. We have 6 days for pickups for each auction. The Friday of the auction from the time you receive your settlement to 6:00 PM, the Saturday after the auction from 10am-6pm, and the Tuesday-Friday immediately after the auction from 10am-5pm. We are NOT open for pickups Sunday/Monday and every other Saturday. All items that are not picked up by the following Friday at 5:00 PM will be considered abandoned and are subject to disposal unless other arrangements have been made. A refund will NOT be issued for abandoned items. Any item NOT picked up after 14 days of the close of the auction will be disposed of and no refund will be given. Item Conditions: We do not have control over what inventory is sent to us. Our staff does their best to inspect each item and verify its condition. The second photo in the listing is a condition photo. The condition photo will indicate what condition of the item, or the packaging it is in. Not all items can be visually inspected so we do test products for functionality when we are able to do so. Returns and Refunds: At ATX Auctions we stand by our products. We understand that mistakes happen. Our staff from time to time will miss an important detail when inspecting items. Bid with confidence. We take accountability when we make an error. In the unfortunate circumstance that we do make an error in the listing, we will replace when able and refund when necessary. All items have a 3-day guarantee against misrepresentation or manufacturer defects. Due to this being an auction, we do not return or refund for any other reason. Please ensure that the items you are bidding on are the right size, color, shape, and model you are looking for. Email/Text: Just like you, we are not fans of junk mail and spam texts. We commit to only sending you text messages to remind you that the auction will start to close in one hour and that you are a winner. ATX Auctions emails are few and far between.
