UPDATED PAYMENT NOTICE: Due to the number of lots and bidders we will be charging all cards on file at the conclusion of the auction. Please register the card that you wish to have charged. There will be a 16% Buyer's Premium added to all buyer's totals for each item purchased. All Bidders are required to be ID verified to bid by registering with a valid credit or debit card. You must be at least 18 years old or older to bid in any of our auctions. PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 1:00 P.M., ON AUGUST 6th, NON PAYMENT MAY RESULT IN LOSING BIDDING PRIVILEGES. You may pick up your winning items Friday, July 8th from 9:00am - 4:00pm and Saturday, July 9th from 8:00am - 1:00pm. 3804 E Rio Grande St. Victoria, Texas 77901 (If using GPS please use the zip code for accurate directions) ATX Auctions Victoria, Texas is not responsible for removal. We do have the ability to ship items to winning bidders who are unable to pick up from our location. All invoices must be paid prior to shipping and additional shipping and handling charges will apply. You MUST contact us prior to bidding to ensure that items that you are wanting to purchase can be shipped. We will not ship large furniture items, exercise equip., large glass items etc. and if you are the winning buyer of these items you will be charged for your purchase.
