Auction Terms & Conditions Please read these terms and conditions carefully before registering and bidding on auctions hosted by ATX Auctions Abilene. UPDATED PAYMENT NOTICE: Due to the number of lots and bidders we will be charging all cards on file at the conclusion of the auction. Please register with the card that you wish to have charged. If you are a cash buyer please notify us before the conclusion of the auction. If you wish to use a card that is not on file please notify us before the conclusion of the auction. Call 325-201-3531 There will be a 16% Buyer's Premium added to all buyer's totals for each item purchased. All Bidders are required to be ID verified to bid by registering with a valid credit or debit card. You must be at least 18 years old or older to bid in any of our auctions. PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 6:00 P.M., ON THE LAST SCHEDULED PICKUP DAY OF THE AUCTION UNLESS OTHER ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE. Payment Types: Cash, Visa/Mastercard/Discover/American Express. ATX Auctions Abilene is not responsible for removal. NOTE FOR REMOVAL: IF ITEMS ARE NOT REMOVED BY THE DEADLINE AND THERE IS A DISCREPANCY NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED. All merchandise is sold As-Is and Where Is without warranties or guarantees of any kind. Buyers shall rely entirely upon their own inspection and information. Winning bidders are solely responsible for their own removal ATX Auctions Abilene is not responsible for damages upon employee assistance concerning removal. Bidders must unload and pick up their complete purchases and bring their own plastic wrap and other equipment as needed. If Bidder is purchasing large heavy items must bring help for loading. Any Buyer Discrepancies must be reported at the Seller's Physical Location at time of removal - No Exceptions All merchandise not removed by the deadline date will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of or resold by ATX Auctions Abilene. ATX Auctions Abilene is not responsible for removal. If you are not able to pick up your items during regular pick-up hours please contact us and we will try to accommodate an alternate pick-up time. We will be doing shipping at customer expense. 325-201-3531 if we don't answer please leave a message and we will return your call as soon as possible. Shipping is now available (we can not ship pallets) at the customer expense. We try for the best rate, there is a $10 handling fee for packaging material.
