Auction Terms & Conditions Auction Terms & Conditions Please read these terms and conditions carefully before registering and bidding on auctions hosted by ATX Auctions WACO. UPDATED PAYMENT NOTICE: Due to the number of lots and bidders we will be charging all cards on file at the conclusion of the final day of pick up at 4pm. Please register with the card that you wish to have charged. If you wish to use a card that is not on file please notify us before the conclusion of the auction. There will be a 16% Buyer's Premium added to all buyer's totals for each item purchased. All Bidders are required to be ID verified to bid by registering with a valid credit or debit card. You must be at least 18 years old or older to bid in any of our auctions. PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 4:00 P.M., ON THE LAST SCHEDULED PICKUP DAY OF THE AUCTION UNLESS OTHER ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE. Payment Types: Visa/Mastercard/Discover/American Express, Wire Transfer. ATX Auctions is not responsible for preview or removal. NOTE FOR REMOVAL: IF ITEMS ARE NOT REMOVED BY THE DEADLINE AND THERE IS A DISCREPANCY NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED. All merchandise is sold As-Is and Where Is without warranties or guarantees of any kind. Buyers shall rely entirely upon their own inspection and information. Winning bidders are solely responsible for their own removal ATX Auctions is not responsible for damages upon employee assistance concerning removal. Bidders must unload and pick up their complete purchases and bring their own plastic wrap and other equipment as needed. Items must be picked up on the specified dates as set in the dates section, failure to pickup your items by the scheduled end date will result in forfeiture of all items without refund. ***SHIPPING AVAILABLE TO SAN MARCOS ONLY*** Shipping is available to our San Marcos Location ONLY for an added fee of 10%. ( Must call before you make the payment of the invoice so that the invoice can be adjusted to include shipping fee and the updated invoice will be resent. The number to set up shipping is 254-447-0102). Items MUST be picked up at 1942 S IH35 San Marcos, Texas 78666 on Febuary 4th - 6th from 10am to 4pm.
