UPDATED PAYMENT NOTICE: Due to the number of lots and bidders we will be charging all cards on file at the conclusion of the auction. Please register with the card that you wish to have charged. If you wish to use a card that is not on file please notify us before the conclusion of the auction. There will be a 16% Buyer's Premium added to all buyer's totals for each item purchased. All Bidders are required to be ID verified to bid by registering with a valid credit or debit card. You must be at least 18 years old or older to bid in any of our auctions. PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 4:00 P.M., ON THE LAST SCHEDULED PICKUP DAY OF THE AUCTION UNLESS OTHER ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE. Payment Types: Visa/Mastercard/Discover/American Express. ATX Auctions is not responsible for preview or removal. NOTE FOR REMOVAL: IF ITEMS ARE NOT REMOVED BY THE DEADLINE AND THERE IS A DISCREPANCY NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED. All merchandise is sold As-Is and Where Is without warranties or guarantees of any kind. Buyers shall rely entirely upon their own inspection and information. Winning bidders are solely responsible for their own removal ATX Auctions is not responsible for damages upon employee assistance concerning removal. Bidders must unload and pick up their complete purchases and bring their own plastic wrap and other equipment as needed. You may pick up your winning items on Friday, January 22nd and Saturday, January 23rd from 9:00am - 4:00pm. 3804 E Rio Grande St. Victoria, Texas 77901 (If using GPS please use the zip code for accurate directions) ATX Auctions Victoria, Texas is not responsible for removal. If you are not able to pick up your items during regular pick-up hours please contact us and we will try to accommodate an alternate pick-up time. We do have the ability to ship items to winning bidders who are unable to pick up from our location. All invoices must be paid prior to shipping and additional shipping and handling charges will apply. You MUST contact us prior to bidding to ensure that items that you are wanting to purchase can be shipped. We will not ship large furniture items, exercise equip., large glass items etc. and if you are the winning buyer of these items you will be charged for your purchase.
