| Checkout Date/Time | We will open for pickup on Thursday January 21th thru Saturday January 23rd from 10am-4pm all 3 days. The card on file will be charged on All invoices not paid and picked up by the final scheduled pick up day by 4pm. ***Items must be picked up on the specified dates as set in the dates section, failure to pickup your items by the scheduled end date will result in forfeiture of all items without refund.*** A forklift will be on site and we have dock access if needed. If you are not able to pick up your items during regular pick-up hours please contact us and we will try to accommodate an alternate pick-up time. |

All items are new unless otherwise stated in the description. Item packaging may show signs of warehouse damage or stickers from processing. Items may have been taken out of the box for inspection and the packaging resealed. Most items are in craft, nongraphic boxes so in most cases a photo of the box will not be included in the auction details. We will supply packaging photos if the packaging has severe damage. All merchandise is sold As-Is and Where Is without warranties or guarantees of any kind. ATX Auctions San Marcos does not represent any manufacturer or retailer.
